The price for this comfortable hotel is good. The furnitures used in our room are nicely chosen.

You can nearly hear everything what your neighbors say!

Hotel is close to some excellent restaurants and bars

The hotel rooms feel very "tired" and overdue for some modernisation - the cistern was broken but when we told reception they already knew of the problem. Although the room had a small electric cooker there was no kettle or saucepans fior heating food or water therefore it was a pointless addition to the room.

The rooms were spacious and the kitchenette. The system to arrive late was good.

There wasn't any broom to sweep our room. Room was very dusty as if it hasn't been sweep or dusted for a while and as a result I had an allergic reaction to the dust. Also the door to hotel isn't locked after hours.

The staff were fantastic, if you have a car then it is ideal as it has parking facilities;

I had a twin bedded room, neither of the beds were comfortable, one had a 'tilt' the other had a deep hollow. I asked them to help and they changed one bed but it had the same problem, well worn. they offered to change me to a double room but I decided to try to find other accommodation in the area bases on the fact that I asked if all the beds were the same age. T

The hotel is central in Bordeaux, clean, easy access, with car park, and excellent value for money

the price, the room was spacious. If this hotel were at a better location, I would LOVE it.

I did not like the location, it is a very sketchy road, lots of trash on the sidewalks, I felt more uneasy on that street than anywhere in Bordeaux. and the room walls are super thin. the lady next door to me had her cell phone on speaker phone and I could hear her whole phone conversation in my room.

Aucun accès internet ... à notre époque affligeant et de surcroit payant 7€ l'heure ... la prochaine fois je ferai une selection de mon hotel en fonction de l'accès gratuit d' internet. Donc plus dans votre hotel
