L'Impérial Palace sits on the shore of Lake Annecy in the heart of the French Alps and offers stunning views of the area’s beautiful landscape.

Composed of 91 guestrooms and 8 suites, most of them with a balcony, L’Impérial combines pleasure and beauty. All rooms are air-conditioned and have satellite TV and private bathrooms with separate toilet and bidet. Guests will also enjoy free access to the fitness centre and billiards room.

The hotel’s restaurant, La Voile, features traditional and local gourmet cuisine. Enjoy your meal in the luxurious dining room or on one of the shaded terraces overlooking the lake. There is also a small café that offers homemade pastries, quality wines served by the glass and draft beer.

The L’Imperial Palace also has a casino with slot machines and gaming tables for your evening pleasure as well as 21 fully-equipped conference and banquet rooms for special occasions.

Nice hotel and great views if you have a lake view room. Good room service.

The rooms only have a tiny portable tv with limited english news channels.

We liked everything we already stayed there before

The only things is that the day we were leaving, it was tha beggining of a big (governement) convention and the hotel was taken by security.

It's location and views; room was of standard expected from this class of hotel. Staff worked hard to maintain target standards.

Food over-priced and not of 4* standard - breakfast, particularly, not vfm! Under resourced staffing levels led to often patchy service standards, in both restaurant, bar and rooms. Training could be improved.

View of the lake. This hotel has a beautiful location on the lake. That is all spoiled when you walk inside. Such a shame.

The room was dismal. Twin beds were practically on the floor. Room was tiny. It was too late to find another hotel. Asked for an upgrade. We paid an extra $150.00. They would not upgrade us otherwise even though they had a vacant suite. This hotel has been ruined by the new funky modern decor. It is cold, uncomfortable and uninviting. Two star at best except for the view

Excellent room and facilities. Efficient staff. Good 'turndown' service in the evenings. Excellent location. Free closed car parking.

Room not ready on arrival, but this was quickly sorted.

Hotel looks fabulous from the outside and also the location is wonderfull.

Stucked in elevator and pillows were like a bag of patatoes. Hotel could have a restyle on the inside.

It's a fantastic hotel overlooking the lake, close to the old town of annecy, the staff were friendly and the room was modern and very clean.

The food prices were 4-star but the food quality didn't match the price.
