One the rooms I booked was lovely (3 bed). Nice and airy and location (close to the beach) was great The single room however wasn't that nice, small and not that comfortable. |

Location was perfect, staff very friendly and helpful, ordered taxis for us. Very quick room service once you ordered breakfast, looked after luggage, couldn't fault anything, great value for money. |

Very close to the beach. Exactly as I expected: clean and basic accommodation that was not too noisy. I used the hotel as a stopover on the way to Biarritz airport, but the taxi ordered for me by the hotel staff did not turn up! The fault could have been the taxi company of course, but I wouldn't rely on that method in the future. |

The hotel is in the perfect location for a holiday in Biarritz. The room had all of the basic comforts and the bathroom was spotless. A simple, tasty, good value breakfast was served to the room each morning and was the perfect start to the day. We were in Biarritz on the busiest weekend of the year and there was too much street noise to get a good night's sleep. The noise only affects the street side rooms and the manager mentioned that glazed windows were about to be installed. |

Location and relaxed feel of the hotel I think more information on the car parking arrangements near to the hotel would have been useful to help prior to arrival ie. the availability of a weekly car park ticket for local car parks/street parking. |

The hotel's location was superb. The beach was only 2 minutes away. The restaurants and the shops were all in the immediate area. Just the lack of a foyer where one could sit and read/relax if the weather was poorly. |

Close to beach and town, fair price The room to the front was noisy because modifications to a building opposite during the mornings. If we go again we would require a room at the rear.The rest of the time the noise level was what we expected from our room position and we have no further. complaints. |
