The Hotel's location The Hotel rooms were very very cramped and very shabby. As much as the reception staff on check in/out were not unfriendly they were not very forthcoming and friendly - check in/out seemed to be a chore for them! Breakfast is very limited. There is no area in the hotel to sit and relax taking into account the rooms are so small. |

Nice room and facilities, good location close to restaurants, beach, amenities, etc. Very noisy in the morning!!! From early morning you could hear trucks loading, construction works, etc. it was very annoying! |

For the money, the hotel left a lot to be desired. I was very disappointed with the facilities. Wireless internet in all of hotel except my room. No where to unpack luggage. |

It was nice being across the street from the Beach, and the hotel staff were very nice and polite. There is complimentary breakfast every morning, and there is a computer room with internet access. House keeping did not do a good job of cleaning the rooms. I saw ants in my bathrooms. |

Great value on South Beach. Location was perfect. We just walked across the street to the beach without paying beach front prices. We were very surprised at how comfortable the bed was. The bathroom is a bit small... but hey, we went to SoBe for the beach, not the hotel's bathroom. Yes, the hotel was dated and the hall carpeting was worn, but it was clean, convenient and a good deal. |

Disponibilità e cortesia di tutto il personale specialmente del portiere di notte. L' hotel è grazioso le camere essenziali e comunque perfette se si considera la tariffa. La colazione molto buona e varia. Un po rumoroso di notte. |

La gentilezza del personale e la vicinanza alla spiaggia. Si trova proprio all'inizio della via principale di South Beach La colazione non è troppo abbondante ( dalle 7 alle 10 ) se si arriva dopo le nove non si trova più granchè. |
