Fast and friendly service. Right across the road from a 24hr gas station. Only one mile walk to the Bart A bit worn down, but clean and everything worked well. |

The manager was lovely, she was really friendly and helpful- I stayed in a number of places in my trip around America and she was by far the kindest and most accommodating manager I came across. |

I was in San Fran @ 8 am with no where to go and Simi Joshi was wonderful and insturmental in getting a room ready for me by 9:30 am,. The parking is very limited and the parking lot is difficult to navigate. |

In a loud busy part of town at the end of the major runway; room shook when people walked by the door. Didn't feel safe in the neighborhood. The shuttle to SFO was very late both getting to the hotel, and the next morning when I had made reservations to leave early. Very annoying. |

The front desk manager (Simi) treated me as a member of her family. Simi's hospitality was wonderful!!! Definitely, I will stay in this hotel every time I go to San Francisco! It's close to bart (San Francisco subway), very close to the airport, the prices are good and the hotel infraestructure and clean are adequate for the price we pay. Very good hotel!!! |

close to airport, offered free shuttle. Good breakfast included we had to change rooms as the first one had lots of flies and cockroaches... not very happy!!! |

We couldn't get the shower to work so were changed to another room by staff who also couldn't make it work. This caused us not to be given an early morning call as we had changed rooms but our information was not updated. We were also told that we would be able to have an early morning breakfast before our departure. On reaching the dining room we were told it wasn't open and we were too early. |

The ice machine was free. Microwave on floor-dirty bathroom-no instructions onhow to make the tv turn on or the wireless code. |

The staffs are very friendly, and really accommodating. The Bart and the Tanforan Mall is only a few minutes walk. I strongly suggest the Inn, since the place is reasonable for the rate. Well the first room that I was placed, I find the way dark specially I check in at early morning. |

At first this hotel can be rather daunting, not the most glamorous site from the outside... But as soon as you enter your room you realize how nice it really is, huge king bed, great bathroom, and a nice living room!!! I would stay here again anyday!!!! |

The clerk could barely speak or understand English and was quite rude. The accomidations were about like that of a Motel 6 or something. Not as described on internet. Would not go again.. Too much money for that place!!! |

Location near airport, fine-sized room which was equipped with fridge, microwave, iron and hairdryer - not usual for motels to provide all this. Noise, but it's near the airport and I suppose one should expect lots of traffic noise, both immediately outside the hotel and from the sky. |
