The chic Flat Iron Tapas Bar and Lounge is located inside the Bulfinch Hotel. The restaurant is an American interpretation of a Spanish tapas bar, offering guests an elegant small plates menu. Flat Iron is open daily, serving breakfast and dinner.

Breakfast is available Monday through Friday 7:00 AM until 10:30 AM and Saturday and Sunday 7:30 AM until 11:00 AM

Dinner available Sunday through Wednesday 5:30 PM until 10:00 PM and Thursday through Saturday 5:30 PM until 11:00 PM

For the price, it didn't have a microwave or refrigerator. Those two things would have been nice for keeping cold drinks and heating up snacks.

It was quite cosy, and pleasant.

The shower was broken, and the light sometime didnt work, and the toilet barely flushed whenever used. The bathroom facility was very poor. The phone which was a cordless is very sticky and quite disgusting to use.

インテリアが心地よく　バスタブはないもののバスルームは清潔感があり、アメニティも含めて気にいりました。ロビーにはレモン水と紙コップが常備され細やかな心遣いが。　また１Ｆのレストランは味・価格・雰囲気いずれも◎.。

電話代がローカルの場合無料と書いてあったと思うのですが、請求された。（同様に書いてあった他のホテルでは請求されなかった。）　　　部屋にスーツケースをおく折りたたみ式の台が欲しい。

利便性についてよかった。他のホテルと比べて価格はリーズナブルであり、入室時の清潔感など満足の行くものであった。バスタブがなかったのが残念。

電話が機能しなくて要求したが、約束が果たされなかった。２日目のベッドメイク話されたが、掃除機をかけていなかった。３日目は正午過ぎまでprivacyリクエストしていたが、その後のservice pleaseに対してベッドメイクはなされていなかった。出発日のモーニングコールを前日夕刻に依頼したが、当日早朝の連絡はなかった。電話故障が修復されていないことにそのとき気づいたが、それに対する試みは何もなされていなかったので単純に無視したと理解した。一つ一つにのクレームに対するフロントデスクの対応表現は悪くなく気分を害することはなかったが、管理システムとしての不備は否めない。
