Ice machine you had to pay for, that was the first time I had to pay for ice that should have been free.phone was not woking,remote to tv broke,bathroom to small, we asked for the first floor they insisted on the forth floor.

This hotel (more like a motel) was filthy in and out. The room (including the restroom) is the size of the average bedroom in an apartment. I had to get the housekeeper to come and clean the bath tub just after I checked in. The room was a mess. Not worth the money spent. On my bank statement, the charge for the room was debit twice in the memo section.

the closeness to Universal and Islands of Adventure

The hotel room was very damp and musty, there were dead bugs smashed on walls the bathroom was nasty tne bathtub would not drain

I am a professional event planner and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The only thing good about it would be the distance to universal studios

Yes, First, all the bathrooms were clogging up in the hotel. It was a very nasty hotel they had thick mold around the tubs and floor. I then had to pay for 2 Cups of Ice from their machine. The breakfast they offered was all so hard a animal would turn their nose to it. I have to say this was one of the worse places I have stayed in for awhile.
