Central could not have been better; Undergoing reconstruction and I think there should have been discount in charges; we had problems with our room door lock; internet was chargeable - in light of hotel charges and current trends would have expected this to be complimentary; it is a really nice hotel and the staff were all helpful and friendly; Expensive for room onlyl

Closeness to Downtown.

Being next to Quincy market meant there was lots of external police and music sounds.

The location was ideal. It was central to many points of interest.

Hotel was being renovated. Lobby was relocated from time of checkin to check out.

It was modern and brand new big rooms including bathroom. It was centrally located to all the good areas of Boston. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Rooms were spacious, comfortable and clean with great facilities. Staff were very helpful and the location of the hotel is very central. Overall extremely happy with this hotel.

Great location.

Bathroom had only a shower, expect a bath in a premium brand like Millenium. Construction work was much more than had been stated. Restaurant, esp. Breakfast was very poor.

La habitación es amplia y acogedora, la cama enorme y la tele gigante. El baño está completamente nuevo. Todo decorado con muchísimo gusto. Además el hotel está realmente bien situado, junto a un centro comercial lleno de restaurantes y el bar de Cheers!

Que quisieron cobrarnos un precio muy superior por noche (supongo que lo que nos habría costado si hubiéramos ido sin reserva), aunque lo rectificaron cuando les enseñamos la confirmación de Booking. También nos lo encontramos en medio de unas obras de remodelación, con lo que el hall estaba hecho un poco un desastre, pero no notamos ruidos ni molestias.

eigenlijk niets positief

geluidsisolatie was heel slecht, men begon te stofzuigen op de gang om 2u30 's nachts!, bij een verzoek aan de hotelreceptie moesten we herhaaldelijk bellen vooraleer iets in orde gebracht werd, men was het telkens gewoon vergeten - incompetente mensen aan de hotelreceptie! de kamer werd niet gestofzuigd - in de badkamer lag nog scheerhaar van de vorige gast in de lavabo - we hebben dit gemeld
