Convenience and comfort. The ability to obtain last minute reservations in a price range I could afford. A most enjoyable trip & accommodations. Mowing and grounds maintenance in the vicinity of our bedroom before 8:00 am on the first night of our stay. |

the ambience. the master bedroom bed made a lot of noise ,they took two days to fix a leaking kitchen sink and the the living room wall had a hole in it. |

Clean & tidy resort with good local amenaties, easy access to Disney. Hidden charges shown on the hotel web site that were not on bookings.com site. |

lots of room and comfort for everyone.I also liked the fact that there was a little store from which you could purchase necessary supplies. In terms of the website, I found it did not clearly define and talk about the extra charges for cleaning etc/ This could be more clear. |

The location, amenities and resources of hotel and surrounding area. Housekeeping does not do a thorough job of cleaning suites. Maintenance was not on task of maintaining the facility because too many things (dead elements on cook stove, broked racks in dishwashers, broken farcet hardware in baths, scratches on furniture and dead grass on ground) were breaking down and not in good repair. I have stayed here since the grand opening and this year was the worst I've seen in regard to housekeeping and maintenance. |
