Nice view. Centrally located. I booked a double , and upon arrival they gave me a king. He was not going to change it for me, wanted to charge me more. Had to get manager involved....hassle. They said my reservation came over as a king. My print out said double.?? |

Breakfast and staff at this meal were good. Considering the cost of the room I feel a better overall standard would have been provided. The room was adequate but not "special." |

beautiful tranquil hotel. Perfect location. fabulous room. the best coffee and the free breakfast was very good no air conditioning. ceiling fan worked great for most nights but on the hot night air would have been nice. |

The location. The rooms away from the reception and upstairs must be better. They should have changed the carpet as well when they did the renovation !!! We felt like on a "battle field" in the breakfast room. Mess everywhere but the staff was trying it's best. I guess that was due to the public holiday and not everybody has the same manors.................. |

The continental breakfast was more than continental - it had an omlete bar and was fabulous! Location is great. The cabanas are a nice touch. When we first checked-in we were given a room that someone else was already in. There were suitcases and maps all over. We went back to the lobby and were given a smaller room. The bed was very comfortable but the room itself was not great for the price. |

Mooi hotel met mooie kamers. Lekker ontbijt Personeel die een fout van een verlenging van een nacht (over prijs)geheel bij gast neerlegd. Gaat niet zo zeer over wie fout was maar de manier van communiceren. |

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Die Sanitäreinrichtungen sind veraltet. Der Abfluss des Waschbeckens tropfte nach Benutzung so stark, dass der Bodes des Bades schnell nass war. Ein quergestellter Papierkorb half als Notlösung. Aber keines der Zimmermädchens bemerkte bei unserem 5 tägigen Aufenthalt diesen Schaden !!! Ansonsten war die Arbeit der Zimmermädchen einwandfrei. |
