The location , the elegance of the lobby and of the rooms The reservation was for a double bed , while at our arrival ther was a room with one king size. They find a double in 15 minutes. They made a mistake in the billing, appying higher fare vs the agreed one . after my observation they corrected the amount |

The ambiance, the service The rooms we stayed overlooked a busy street--it was a bit noisy into the early morning hours. Sound proof windows would be nice. Same thing with garbage trucks first thing Saturday morning--that is what we awakened to. |

All'arrivo all'hotel, la camera era stata data via e ci è stato detto che dovevamo andare per 1notte in un altro hotel a loro spese e che avrebbero pagato anche il traferimento. Quando abbiamo chiesto le motivazioni l'unica risposta che ci è stata data è stata che c'era tanta gente. |
