Location.

We had to move rooms at 2.45am due to vibration and noise from pump room, after complaining several times during the afternoon/evening. We requested a discount for our inconvenience, but did not receive one at time of checking out.

Location - great and central, easy to get cabs from. The pool area was gorgeous.

As an old building it's very creaky and the walls and ceilings/floors are extremely thin - I had to sleep with earplugs in to block out all the noise.
