Größeres Zimmer erhalten als gebucht, guten Ausblick aus dem 29. Stock auf Miami Beach Das Hotel hat für alle Zusatzservices Geld verlangt, die in anderen, wesentlich billigeren Hotels eingeschlossen sind. Sogar die Handtücher und Liegen am Hotelpool hätten pro Stück 10 Dollar gekostet. Außerdem war das Hotel eine einzige Baustelle unter dessen Lärm auch die umliegenden Hotels gelitten haben (imZimmer war esallerdings durch gute, schallisolierende Fenster sehr ruhig) |

Otroligt att bo vid ett lyxhotell stort som sjutton men med nästan inga gäster p g a ombyggnad. Ni måste upplysa om detta!!!!!!! Sedan var upplevelsen ändå fantastiskt. Vilket hotell när det blir klart i höst!!! Och vilken betjäning. Utmärkt!!! Utebliven information om renovering av hotellet fanns inte hos er. Det gör mig väldigt förbannad!!! Trots allt älskade vi hotellet. Fantastiskt hotell. Nästan ensamma på ett lyxhotell med superb betjäning och komfort. Men som sagt, det borde framgå vid bokningen att hotellet är under stor renovering (50% stängt). Ändå rankar mina ungar detta som det bästa hotell de har bott vid!! Utmärkt service ! |

el hotel no tiene servicio de dasayuno ,existe solo para duenos ,lo cual me hizo sentir muy incomoda por lo cual no pienso repetir la visita .solo habia un menu muy escaso en el bar piscina y room service es toda la otra opcion lo que no me satisface ya que disfruto mucho serntarme en un restaurant con mi familia a cenar y demas. |

Wurde nicht informiert, daß es am Hotel eine riesige Baustelle gab, Lärmbelästigung ab früh morgens, wegen Neugestaltung kein Spa kein Pool etc. |
