My son loved the pool

The housekeeping staff could not speak English. When I asked for new towels, they didn't understand what I was saying. When other ppeople asked for more towels, they still couldn't undersand us. When I asked for a wash cloth, they couldn't understand that either

Dirty carpets in the hallway. Old carpets in the room. This hotel is more a 2 star rather than a 3 star.

It was a convenient location.

They seemd to be in the middle of remodeling and things were kind of torn up looking. They tried to put me and my mother in a room with a king bed, saying it's what we asked for. We had to be firm about changing rooms but the carpet in the second room was wet, the TV remote did not work, one of the windows was open and did not have a crank to shut it, one of the mattresses was badly stained and

We added a third person and the hotel took an hour and a half to send up a cot. It was late and we didn't appreciate having to sit up waiting for it! The guys who delivered it did not speak English and it took a couple trips before we actually got the cot as they did not seem to know what we wanted. We had to keep calling the front desk

Shabby. Peeling paint, dingy, bathroom fixtures missing parts. A little musty.

the indoor pool water was very warm, good for people who doesn't like cold water. the breakfast is good. microwave is easy to access in public area. compare with many high price hotels in boston, it is very reasonable price.

hotel room was not very clean (not too dirty, but for sure not call clean). they do not vacuum carpets everyday (we stayed 5 nites) and dust were found on lamp, clock, phone...etc. small objects.

Comfortable place to stay, relatively inexpensive, continental breakfast was very good with a delightful gentleman keeping food available and greeting people.

Pool was not available due to being repainted. Elevator was out of service. These were minor issues.
