Excellent location. Had requested a courtyard view and were accomodated with both a view of the church and the beach - beautiful. Room was very small and a bit shabby although very clean. Walls are very thin. Location made up for all of this. |

Excellent location, good sea views (but only from the front). comfortable, spacious bedroom. Our room was in the back, so no view, but quiet. Helpful and pleasant staff. Bathroom underspecified - small bath, cheap fittings. Park in Eugenie public car park - not the hotel's fault, but it's very tricky to get there due to many one-way streets. Get down to the seafront to the N, then drive along (took me 3 passes and an hour to work this out). |

It is a very central location the room we had was nice but very very small and the door in the bathroom was hard to closed even though the showers and facilities were very clean. I did not like the availability of information about Biarritz or even suggestions on where to go even what nite clubs or bars that could be recommended. Also we found the drink to be the most expensive in the area in the hotel two glasses of wine were €11 and the bottle was nearly €11 in another hotel. Big difference. A bit of entertainment music would be nice. But we did have a great time . |

A fab place. Relaxed, homely feel with well maintained and well-designed rooms. Couldn't be better views of the sea -practically splashing distance. From the outset we were welcomed by lovely, V.helpful staff, and with the bar/café+restaurant -even interior design shop on ground floor, we never felt stuck for something to do -even in our unlucky spell of bad weather. Will be back in summer! The hot water did randomly go off at one point, which is never great, but the hotel were amazing about it - offering us 50%discount or another room in nearby hotel. And they also made sure we had extra heaters and blankets if needed. We stayed even with cold water, which says everything!! |

Very friendly and welcoming staff . The whole hotel feels very relaxed .Excellent location facing the sea with a good bar ( with chatty locals ) and restaurant nearby. Free internet a plus. Very comfortable seating area outside. Bedroom very comfortable and spacious. Liked the hotel but only point is could do with facilities for tea/coffee in room , not provided, which is typical of french hotels. But they do provide cheerful room service for continental breakfast at a price . |

La vue sur l'océan et le très bon accueil du personnel L'installation de la chambre est à compléter : prises électriques, éclairage, patères dans la sale de bain, peinture d'un placard à faire, WiFi de capacité trop faible, ... prix un peu élevé de la chambre compte tenu de ces faiblesses faciles à corriger |

Son emplacement dans un endroit calme pas de voitures - avec parking à 100 m . resto agréable - hôtel accueillant avec du personnel jeune. Bien préciser deux lits côte à côte- sinon l'on peut se retrouver avec un grand lit - et un 1 place - pas terrible - |
