Cancellation

If cancelled up to 31 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged.

If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and extra beds

One child under 4 years stays free of charge in a baby cot.

One older child or adult is charged CAD 30.00 per night and person when using existing bedding.

Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1.

Extra beds and baby cots are upon request and need to be confirmed by the hotel.

Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Deposit

100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

The total price of the reservation will be charged at least 30 days prior to arrival and is non-refundable.

Hotel information

**Please be advised that our outdoor pool area is currently closed until the end of November. Also the Hotel's restaurant will be closed for breakfast until the end of November.** Alternate arrangements can be made via the front desk.

Pets are allowed for CAD 25 charge per night. Pets are restricted to first floor rooms. For the safety of pet and staff, the hotel requires that pets are not left alone in rooms, unless they are in their crates.

The Bearfoot Bistro and Wine Bar is on premise.

27 November 2008 to 30 April 2009:
A non-refundable one night deposit is required at the time of booking. Full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival.
30 days notice is required for cancellations. Less than 30 days notice of cancellation will result in a charge of the full amount of the reservation.

Full payment is charged to your credit card by the hotel 48 hours prior to arrival for bookings made from 01 May 2009 to 25 November 2009.

You must be aged at least 21 years old to check-in.

Upon check-in, photo identification and a credit card are required. All special requests are subject to availability upon check-in. Special requests cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.

at the middle of the village. very convenience to stay.

We only stayed for one night but the great location meant we got the see all of the town that we wanted.

Nothing to complain about - maybe a bit bland but it's what you expect from a large chain hotel.

They were very accommodating, allowing us to park the car until we left many hours after check out, and to use the spa after skiing, again, long after having checked out.

Ich habe die Buchung im März ´08 vorgenommen und der Preis betrug 98€/Nacht. In Rechnung wollte man mir jedoch 119,90$/Nacht stellen. Mit dem Nachweis von booking.com wurde mir jedoch nur der gebuchte Preis in Rechnung gestellt. Dennoch würde ich jederzeit wieder in das Hotel gehen!
