Conveniently located. Very comfortable bed.

Even though we refused the mini bar option, we were not advised the water bottles that were sitting on the dresser were chargeable & that, at hotel bar rates.

The splendid location of the hotel and with a lakeside view.

The tea and coffee making facilities could have been better, I.E. china cups instead of tetra pack cups and stainless steel spoons instead of wooden sticks for stirring your beverages.

the location, the view over the lake from the balconies

the water in the pool looks very dirty and with too much chlorine, you need to take at least 30-40 min shower swimming adn eyes get irritated.

Staff were very informative and helpful. Conceige desk was so very helpful and we had everything we needed on time as requested. We booked a rental car and they had it delivered exactly at the time we asked. Great location on the lake, lakeview was amazing!

The rooms were very upscale compared to most others like travellodge and comfort inn, but it is a bit pricier. the view we had was great you could see the water and the toronto islands. rooms had lcd tvs, very comfortable pillows and comforters. maid service was great also.

it was rainy during our stay so we stayed in the room quite a bit and maybe it was our fault for not putting the do not disturb sign on the door, but 3 people other than the maid service came to our door to check on things (minibar, express checkout, etc.)

On day of checkout, there was a total elevator failure. We had to walk all the way down from the 33rd floor

The staff were couteous and thiughtful and always very helpful. The location is excellent and most of things to do are within easy reach of the hotel. We also had an emergency health situation. The hotel staff dealt with it promply.
