The staff was extremely helpful and gracious. When I requested an extra hour after the 12 noon checkout, they gave it to me. My room was very comfortable. |

Convenient to be right at the airport for our early flight. Saved taxi fares, etc. We were switched to a room with two double beds but when we arrived at the room, there was still only one king size bed. However, we slept very well and the bed was comfortable. |

Convenient, close to Pearson International Airport There was no in room meal menu. Had to call down several times and it took a long time before they responded. |

The attitude of the reception staff regarding my booking because they could not find it. Luckily there were rooms still available and I did not have to move hotels. |

The proximity to the airport The fire alarm went off. I had requested a room on a lower floor. When the alarm went off, the instructions were poor- we were advised to stand by for further directions. All the guests on my floor entered the hallway (7th floor) and then I carried my bag down 7 flights. The lobby was clearly smoky and the guests should have received a better explanation. I left the hotel, paid extra for parking. |
