The location of the hotel. The room was also clean.

It was really very noisy. There was a bar located practically under my room and it made for difficult sleeping.

The Hiter and the internet network werenot working. And one of the girls in front desk was not polite and she couldnot give as information about how much we had to paid if we made calls from our room.Someone who works in a hotel at the front desk has to know this kind of information please.

The hotel in vancouver was very convenient as everything was either walking distance, or easy to get a bus from. Also the bar (wings) was a nice place to hang out. I liked having a coffee and using the internet facillity that is provided by the hotel.

Yes!,I got a room next to the night club and it was noisy until 2am.I can hear guess on top of me walking and talking at 3am in the morning and guesses talking loud and running outside my door,because it's directly across from the elevator.

I was very dissapointed with the hotel itself and the location of it. It was not in a very good area, I did not feel safe in the hotel or surrounding area, I will never stay here again. Although we arrived at 3.30 in the day the rooms were not ready, the toiletries were not replenished and

I was in Canada for over two weeks this was the worst hotel.

Easy location for our needs. Possibility to change to quieter rooms offered for longer stay.

Rooms were not ready when promised. Repeated problems with the key to one room. The staff did not ask for identity while giving a new key. Noice from the street disturbed in the nights. The room rate was not according to the booking, but was corrected when asked.
