From check in which was speedy, efficient and friendly to check out 3 days later we were very satisfied with this hotel. Beautiful surroundings, a touch of opulance throughout, and the sitting room with tv a bonus. We dined with friends in the Copper Chimney restaurant - excellent food and service. The location is very good. We will certainly return to this hotel.

Location

The guests' attention and treatment is extremely bad in this hotel. I had a minor misunderstanding with my credit card when checking in, and the front desk staff didn't solve it and what is more, they acted in a very unpleasant and rude manner. They even refused to give me a complaint form. I haven't got any feedback from the complaint I finally was able to submit.

Super Lage, sehr zentral, trotzdem ruhig, alles prima erreichbar. Freies Internet.

Außer ein paar Sofas bei der Rezeption kein Aufenthaltsraum.Kein Pool.
