As per tradition, from June through September, a rich concert programme featuring classical music, chamber music and Jazz is organized in the enchanting settings of Borgo il Melone. Every Monday from 7:00 p.m. guests may benefit of an outdoor live concert with aperitif, an opportunity for us to share a pleasant time together.

Food & beverage

The restaurant offers an elegant and refined dinner to celebrate a special occasion or a light meal in a homely and cozy environment - the food selection boasts recipes that are colorful and tasty, prepared according to the local cooking tradition and seasoned with a touch of originality.

According to the season, you will have the chance to sample the different flavors of the land, complemented by a selection of wines from our cellar. If you wish to discover the secrets of our most traditional recipes, we can organize cookery courses on request.
A rich and colorful breakfast will be served in the Tavern from April to September and there also will be special events and wine tastings.

Room information

Our elegant and charming hotel has twelve wide double rooms equipped with private bathroom with bathtub and shower, minibar, satellite TV, hairdryer, air-conditioning, safe, telephone and ADSL.

A place full of magic for a stylish and elegant, as well as extremely comfortable and relaxing, stay.

Area information

Cortona is a city of art, history and spiritualityalso offering an enchanting view of the landscape enclosed by Lake Trasimeno and the Appenines.

The Museum of the Etruscan Academy is housed at the noble floor of the historic Palazzo Casali, erected in the 13th century, later turned to official residence of the family that ruled the Signoria of Cortona (1325-1409) and, then in 1411, adapted to be the seat of Florentine captains and commissaries.

The area stretching from Valdichiana to the Casentino area until the town of Cortona is the location of the Terre di Arezzo wine route. This area has always been characterized by a large production of different types of wines, many of which receive DOC, DOCG and IGT certifications every year.

Among the grapevines that are picked and distilled in this area are: Chianti, Chianti Colli Aretini, Colli Etruria Centrale, Valdichiana, Cortona and Vinsanto del Chianti.

Red, white and dessert wines are produced and bottled in the wine territories around Arezzo. They are mostly noble wines, with a medium alcoholic content, and can be drunk young or preserved in time.

Prachtige lokatie, uitstekend ontbijt. Goed a la carte restaurant aanwezig. Mooi, groot zwembad met comfortabele ligbedjes, badmeester en handdoekenservice.

Luogo molto belo, gentile staff, bela casa anche.
