The service by the staff was excellent. Very friendly and supportive. All our small extra requests were taken care of. Very good info about the village and where to go. Close to the hotel is a small square which is very nice to sit in the sun and have a beer, coffee, wine in the afternoon and relax as the sun sets. |

Friendly staff - helpful concierge. The staff were offered much better service, much friendlier than rated and more likely to serve out of hours drinks than last year. Booked a twin room and ended up with a double room which we did not feel comfortable about. However the hotel did find a compromise and moved a spare bed into another larger room. So we did feel they had sorted this out. Just disappointed because we had booked it more than 6 months in advance. Also in a party of four and rooms were 3 florrs apart . ie. nowhere near each other. Had a better booking (i.e. rooms) last time through an agency - don't know if this is because of the agency or availability. |

Great location, for both the town and ski lifts. Good sized rooms, and a good choice of foods for breakfast. Most staff were friendly. Although the hotel has triple and quadruple rooms, the dining area is not set up to allow more than 4 people to sit together. Every morning we had to ask for tables and chairs to be moved jusat so our family could sit together. The coffee was awful! The bar is not staffed, so every time you want to order a drink you needed to go back to reception. |
