It was completely renovated in 2001 and, thanks to the elegant, minimalist style and its meeting room, the hotel is suited to both business and leisure clients.

The air conditioned restaurant in the Cristal Palace Hotel offers you a wide selection of traditional Sicilian and Italian dishes.

The buffet breakfast includes: croissant, plum cake, biscuits, crackers, butter, different kinds of jam, rusks, fresh bread, pies, yoghurt, fruits in syrup, ham, cold meats, cheese, cereals, boiled eggs, chocolate, American coffee and espresso, fruit juice, milk, tea.

Good breakfast, relatively cheap internet access, nice location close to retaurants and shops. Safe location to park car outside hotel not having to use parking lot. A very nice feature of hotel was that it let us stay beyond the check out time at a small cost even fixing us our room!

Staff was not well trained, only one person could speak english or solve problems at any one time, attending person got into quarrels over the phone in front of customers for 10 15 minutes ignoring customers.

The localization of the hotel is very good. The room is nice and clean, the price is OK.

Full size clean and modern room. Large bed and bathroom. Great TV selection, including BBC and Fox. Excellent location and breakfast service.

No complaints--an excellent hotel.

No problem to stay only to sleep. Not so far from the bus-stop of airport shuttle.

It seems too much expencive for these facilities and little bit noisy outside. Not so special service in this hotel. This is business hotel.
