Arte Hotel is located just 500 metres from the A1 Highway, Parma Exit, only 5 minutes away from the historic city centre and the Exhibitions Centre.
Arte Hotel welcomes its guests with a warm atmosphere and careful service. The hotel offers 24 hour reception, cosy breakfast lounge, where you will enjoy inviting aperitifs, bar, equipped meeting room, and garage. All of our 44 rooms are fully equipped, including air conditioning, satellite TV, direct phone line, free high speed internet access, in-room safe, minibar and hairdryer.

Parking facilities were good

Hot water not working on Saturday morning meant having a cold shower with no real concern from the staff

Nice room and breakfast. Very easy access by bus to the city center. The gourmet shop of regional specialties at the next building.

Because the Hotel Arte was closed we staied at My Hotel Villa Ducale, a 4star hotel, for the same price.

The rooms were excellent and foreseen with airco. This piece of information is important to mention on the website.

There was no bar in the hotel and this wasn't mentioned in the information. This would however not have influenced our reservation.

The night porter was very helpful.

Pretty much everything else. Grubby, unfriendly waitress at breakfast and poor selection of food at breakfast.

very convenient for me who i came from the highway, so i didn't have to enter the city center by car.

the room was freezing when i stepped in, and the water of the shower was not as hot as i wished (outside it was snowing, i was wet, and a warm room and a hot shower was what i was dreaming of).
