The hotel is well situated. Our room had a nice view on the bay. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Everything except the parking. It was the best hotel we stayed at in Italy in terms of location, views, comfort, decor and value for money. The breakfast was also the best we experienced and the overall atmosphere was terrific. Rapallo is a great place to stay.

The parking on a Wednesday night (when the market sets up) is a problem, but the hotel staff were very helpful

Beautifully refurbished hotel in excellent position with the best breakfast in Italy! Rooms at rear have a rather dismal outlook but you get what you pay for. Rooms at front have great view. Staff very friendly.

Excellent location on the harbour at rapallo. Very helpful and friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Rooms with balcony are superb.

The beds are rock hard. very uncomfortable.

Ive toured northern Italy and stayed at 6 different hotels, this by far had the best continental braekfast. Best location in Rapallo too.

they claim "on site parking" is available which in fact is really a public parking lot adjacent to the hotel. Ample parking none the less.

The 'deluxe quadruple room' didn't live up to expectations. It was quite small and there was not a lot deluxe about it.

Location was very good and staff were very friendly and gave us good reccomendations for restaurants. we left some clothes behind and the hotel was very kind to send these onto us.

There was no iron and ironing board available for use.

The hotel was well decorated and clean, good breakfast. Location was very central.

Although helpful, we arrived to have no remote for the TV & no aircon. Air con was sorted but after 3 requests were given wrong remote & gave up. WiFi didn't work on desk in room & expensive.
