The building is an old palazzo, a bit run down, but a charming place and good for the 2 nights we spend there. It is close to the historic center, just a short walk. |

the helpful staff, the restaurant and terrace, the cheap cold beers available in the lobby the double bed was two rock-hard twins pushed together, the shower was ridiculously small! |

The hotel is just a few rooms as a part of a family complex. There was a hole in the window, the shower would not drain, and there was not room to walk around the bed. The windows were in rotted condition for wood. The presentation of the hotel was very misleading but the staff were nice. And it was within walking distance to buses and sites. See above |

We loved the character of hotel.. Its an old style mansion located in the centre of town two minutes walk from the escalators which take you up into the old town on top of the hill. There was even a small space to park the car for the night (reservation needed). |

the hotel is really nice - high ceilings, big bathrooms, big bed. i was definitely impressed when i arrived! definitely worth it. the towels weren't very good - stiff and smelled like vinegar (??) and we had hot water issues - only enough hot water for one shower... but even with these negative things, it was worth the price. |

Rate + Location + Very Friendly Hotel Staff The hotel needs some serious renovation, the fresco on the ceiling in my room gave me nightmare (I am serious!) My room was very very dark, only 3 out of 5 light bulbs were working; with a dark-red ceiling, you can understand why I had nightmare. But, that may just be my room, it seems like other people staying in this hotel had a good time. |

Nonostanta secondo booking era provvisto di connessione internet via cavo disponibile gratuitamente per i clienti, in realtà l'unica connessione via cavo era quella del computer da lavoro del personale dell'hotel e quindi inutilizzabile dagli ospiti |

Hotel centrale vicinissimo alle scale mobili e con parcheggio interno (a pagamento + 8 € al giorno). Ottimo il prezzo vista la posizione. Bellissimo palazzo ma da ristrutturare, ora fatiscente, un vero peccato!!! |

Im Hotel "Iris" in Perugia die Lage, die hohen bemalten Decken, die Terrasse Im Hotel "Iris" in Perugia sind die Badezimmer teilweise mit Gewalt eingebaut und sehr beengt, Im Hotel "Oasi dei Discepoli" in Orvieto gab es Ameisen vom Boden bis ins Bett; die Wände sind dort so dünn, dass man Gespräche aus den Nachbarzimmern wortwörtlich verfolgen kann; |
