The pool and the restaurant staff who were lovely

The female receptionist was not very friendly and the room was a bit dirty although they did clean it when asked too.

We went to the beach most days. Met up with friends who live in the area and enjoyed Italy and its beautiful city, Rome.

no info in room regarding facilities - for example we didn't know until the last day that there was an indoor pool . Also mini bar info misleading - said it was complimentary for water but was charged for it

The staff in dinning room was rude. Especially, young woman for breakfast time was impolite and act as if she drive off the guest from dinning room. We asked the taxi to airport, but they arranged hired car, which was about double price from taxi.

Restaurant dinner menu was a little limited, bath a bit grubby, maybe they didn't need to change the towels for our second night - I'd hung the towels up so there wouldn't be a need to wash them.
