I was able to check in at 11 am when I arrived rather than having to wait until 2 pm - it meant that I could take a nap and freshen up before my meeting started, which was exactly what I needed after an early start.

The breakfast was pretty poor for a 4* hotel - there were no pieces of fresh fruit nor cooked options. Compared with other 4* hotels or even a 3* that I used in Rome last year where the breakfast included bacon and eggs, this was pretty poor.

having the garage in the hotel and that it was a short walk from the center

i do not like having to pay for business services especially wi-fi. we travel with our computer so as not to pay additional costs, also, in the business center they should not have piped in music

On arrival hotel staff at reception were not pleasant nor friendly. Room was not easy to find but reception staff gave us no indication on how to find it. We took 3 different lifts and even ended up on a floor which was being renovated before returning to the reception. We were then taken to our room by the bellboy. Room was old but clean and tidy.

The beds are very good.

The but the room was noisy and the staff very unfriendly. I asked 3 time to repair the lock of the door. Nothing happened.

sehr freundliches, angenehmes Personal

die Klimaanlage in den Zimmern war viel zu kalt eingestellt. Im Badezimmer beim Duschen war es insbesondere unnötig kalt. Halb so viel wäre mehr gewesen !!!

solo la gentilezza dello staff alla reception

Le stanze che fanno vedere sul sito non corrispondono alla realtà, inseriscono le immagini delle suite solo come specchio per le allodole, poi all'arrivo c'è la sorpresa..le stanze che loro dicono essere superior, non corrispondono neanche ad una standard. Però, il personale alla nostra irritazione per la non gradita sorpresa, ha fatto di tutto per accontentarci, cambiandoci sistemazione.

Zentral gelegen. Das hoteleigene Restaurant ist prima.

Das Zimmer war relativ klein und dunkel.
