The hotel has an English host at crucial times named Mandy who was excellent with assisting us with various onward arrangements as the owners had limited English vocabulary The air con was limited to a set time span each day which wasnt suitable for us as we had come from a southern hemisphere winter to a very hot northern hemisphere summer |

The staff were friendly and helpful. They spoke perfect English. The rooms and facilities were spotlessly clean. Given the price it is good value and conveniently located. The room was very sparse and did not feel comfortable - but it was extremely clean!! |

Clean room and safe neighborhood, easy access to buses to Assisi The staff was very difficult to find. No one was at the desk when we arrived. No one was at the desk that evening when we were told to officially check in. The owner complained when our baby was cooing in the morning at 8am and my wife took him to the lobby so as not to disturb the other guest. My wife was asked to return to our room with our baby. |

The English receptionist is warm selcoming and helpful The proprietor of the hotel is exceedingly cold, rude and unpleasant to anyone who does not speak Italian, and went out of her way to make sure that we felt extremely uncomfortable in her presence. |
