The location, cleanliness of the room and facilities. Compaired to other hotels in different cities it is a great place to stay. Bathroom - no shower just a half-sized bath tub without shower curtain. |

I never been in such bad hotel. extremelly difficult to find. at buffet breakfast they took from our table the second croissant, with bad words. ugly girl in the breakfast room. it's not hotel for turists, is just a home for workers in the industrial area of Ravena. better remove this hotel from this reservation site |

De receptioniste was heel attent en informatief. Alles was correct voor elkaar. Van de ongezellige ligging was in het hotel zelf niets te merken. De ontbijtzaal was niet erg gezellig: nogal kaal en de geluiden klonken er nogal hard.De ligging bij industrie was niet aanlokkelijk. |

In unserem Zimmer war die Dusche direkt beim WC und nur mit Duschvorhang getrennt. Dusche sehr klein. |

posizione brutta (zona perifetica, su una strada poco raccomandabile e vicino al canale che porta in città), hall molto carina, ma corridoi brutti sporchi piccoli e bui, stanze piccole e sporche, impianto idraulico vecchio con perdite e rumori strani, la finestra non si apre completamente perchè va a sbattere sul lavandino, colazione decente, ma mobilio antiquato, sporco e rotto |
