Dating back to the 1900s, this renovated hotel offers modern comforts. Its restaurant features local cuisine and the bar will provide you with refreshing cocktails and drinks. On the hotel’s large terrace and fully equipped sun deck you can enjoy a wonderful view of the Amalfi Coast.

Hotel La Bussola has been awarded with the certificate of international standard UNI ISO 14001-04 for the attention paid to the creation of an environmental-friendly atmosphere.
From mid June to mid September, on the rocks in front of the hotel a jetty is available with complimentary deck-chair and sun umbrellas for bathing facility Only 200 metres from the hotel there are two beaches. From the harbour there is a boat-service to many other beaches along the coast.

Food & beverage

Typical Mediterranean dishes are served in our restaurant with its fantastic view. We offer 3 courses meal for 20 Euro.

Hotel accommodation is distinguished by simple yet stylish furnishings to provide you with the best comfort.

All double rooms offer panoramic balconies with sea view.

the position is excellent. very clean. very nice bar area. lovely views from the balcony. good to have a fridge in the room. would have been nice to have tea and coffee facilities in the room.

Not enough english TV programmes. The set menu for E20 was not good. Food was dissapointing. Breakfast could be a bit more interesting.

Hotel was convenient - very close to ferries to visit other parts of Amalfi coast. Good breakfast. Be sure to get room above first floor for better view of sea.

Location. Public rooms.

Room (shutters) needed repair. Bathroom very basic. Noisy - unable to shut out noise from busy promenade below.

The room had a beautiful view. When our doors were open on the balcony you could hear the sound of the waves. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. Location was great.

The shower was a bit useless, no pressure and the shower head did not spray very well. The hairdryer had no power, not sufficient to blow wave hair dry, but these are small things if compared to the view from our room and the friendliness of the staff.

Street noise for extended periods during night; Bathroom drains smelly both in room and in corridor approaching room.

The bar and the cocktails were excellent - good cocktails at a good price. The size of the room was fantastic, as was the view and the location.

The amenity (smell of the drains) and standard of the bathroom facilities. Also, the door to the room opened without anyone near it twice while we were there. While we could double lock the door when we were in the room, it made us insecure about what might happen while we were out.
