Amazing views 5 star location ,lovely pool ,Restaurant staff very helpful and friendly More like 5 star villa rather than hotel but if aiming to provide personal service , need to improve customer service skills of management .No conceirge or tourist info provided by hotel -we asked for restauarnt recommendations -couldn't even give us the name of one .Recommend Spinakers Restaurant Poor service from the management /owner did not respond to compliant about shower which -ran cold then scalding hot didnot solve problem throughout week and offered minimal compensation and only on checkout!! Atitude of manager -no customer service skills definately not 5star . Restaurant food good but very expensive even for porto cervo .Need car very limited hotel shuttle service to beach & t |

The hotel is beautiful, decorated with original furniture, high quality, all Balinese style, nice gardening, all very clean. The staff (different nationalities) was very friendly and helpful. Unlimited free Wi-Fi, no need to bring your own laptop, there is one available. Possility to have beauty treatments and massages.It is just as good as it looks on the pictures, no disappointment. The prices of the food in the restaurant are quite high, and the menu is a bit limited if you want to have a small snack while lying at the pool, but on the other hand the food is delicious! |

The setting is remarkably private and beautiful considering the scale of ongoing development at Porto Cervo. Views from the restaurant are excellent. The spa is well organized with a nice range of offerings. Pool was cold but it was early season. |

Excellent view, very quite & relaxing. Amazing pool and comfortable loungers ! The best to forget about everything else and just relax The breakfast buffet needs a new toaster ! |

The hotel is exceptionally beautiful and the spa services are very good. Breakfast buffet and lunch menu was somewhat poorer than would be expected for the hotel of this level. WiFi was only available in public areas and would switch down every two minutes (often even if you are active, but just are writing an email). |

La situacion, en un entorno maravilloso El buffet del desayuno, muy flojo. La falta de detalle que despues de un servicio de masaje de 130€ te ofrezcan una tisana y te la cobren. (En ningun otro hotel me lo han hecho) |

Das Zimmer war sehr klein und enthielt nicht mal einen Schrank. Man hatte Mühe mit zwei Koffern unter zu kommen. |

Die luxuurise Einrichtung, wunderbarer Ausblick super schönes Haus, erstklassiger Aussenbereich. Eher was für Beauty-Behandlungen und Massage. Der Chef hat nicht ein mal guten Tag gesagt, sonst waren alle sehr freundlich. |

El hotel es impresionante, las instalaciones, el personal y sobre todo la ubicación. El servicio de masajes me pareció caro y el desayuno, era buffet, pero solo de frutas y dulces, nada salado. |
