Situated in a charming location amongst olive trees in the hills of Assisi, this hotel is just 800 metres from the historical centre and a few steps from the sports centre.

Thanks to its location the hotel boasts a beautiful view of the green Umbrian valley, which looks even more enchanting as the sun rises in the morning.

When you are not enjoy the Umbrian and International cuisine in the restaurant, you can relax by the ample swimming pool in the garden, whilst your children play in the small playground.

The hotel is built with rosy stone from Mount Subasio and its natural colour is enhanced by the marvellous sunsets.

La Terrazza boasts a brand new wellness centre, offering Turkish bath, sauna, hydromassage, emotional showers, relax zone, solarium, massages and beauty treatments.

Room was a bit small, but very clean and quite adequate. Wonderful breakfast!

The view from our room was outstanding...very pretty and relaxing.

The air conditioning did not cool the room. It was placed under the table and it did not circulate throughout the room. Therefore, I would not recommend this hotel for the summer months.

prima gelegen hotel om assisi en omgeving te verkennen (een kilometer van porto nuevo), vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel, mooi zwembad, goede parkeerplaats van hotel zelf, geweldig uitzicht op vallei, een hotel om terug te komen.

L'accoglienza, la gentilezza dello staff e del proprietario, la vicinanza al centro storico, l'ampio parcheggio, la splendida ubicazione nel verde, il panorama, la bella ed ampia piscina, la rilassante tranquillità di tutta la struttura. Spero di ritornarci per un periodo più lungo e raccomanderò vivamente l'hotel ai miei amici ed ai miei parenti per un bellissimo soggiorno in Umbria.

Solo uno: forse sarebbe opportuno che la Direzione non consentisse ad alcuni ospiti (non molto civili) di parcheggiare l'auto vicino alla piscina ed al parco giochi, considerando l'ampio parcheggio esistente poco distante.
