nothing the room facing a traficated raod and noise is not controlled at all. Freezing room, no internet connection available in any form. Cannot drink coffee at breakfast being of a disgusting quality |

The fact it had a sophisticated and urban feel, breakfast was included in the overall price, and I liked the fact apples were free too Location could be a bit better, but overall it wasnt a problem |

No complains about the hotel, is modern and clean with all services. Inspite outside Verone, their shuttle service to the city work very well. Do not forget on arrival is important to book their shutlle to bring you at the hotel from the railway station otherwise transport with a taxi is expensive 28 euros... |

Welcoming, approachable and friendly staff. The Welcome drink and pleasant bar area, with attentive barman. The hotel is prettily sited, overlooking the river, close to Galileo's tower which is lit at night. Relatively quiet. Easy stroll through quiet streets to the city centre. A very pleasant experience Lightweight duvets were great - but could do with the protection of a washable cover or a second (top) sheet. |

The style of the hotel which is modern but welcoming with several different public seating areas. Although away from the historic centre travel by public transport was easy to the centre and the railway station. The helpful and friendly staff were informative and made the stay memorable. |

The size was about right, friendly staff, helpful and well located.. better than I had thought. Only small niggles in an otherwise very restful hotel. The beds were a bit hard - they need a "topper" to ease the bones. The bath/shower design doesn't really work. It's impractical to have a bath and a big step over for a shower. Why the glass panel doesn't go all the way to the wall I've no idea, as it allows shower water to leak onto the floor. Design over function I'm afraid. We borrowed bikes from the hotel but they need more careful maintenanc |

Good location, within walking distance of the old town, a real plus.Very helpful staff who were charming, and their English was good too.Good breakfast. Beds were not very comfortable, too hard. |

Free parking and breakfast Small room although we had a suite. The bathroom was uncomfortable with noisy hair dryer and poor shower/bath. The safety deposit box required maintenace during our stay. The staff contested the rate that we had booked and fortunately we had detailed paper work to support our case or they would have dismissed us. I was disappointed by the lack of professionalism toward customers at this hotel. |
