comfort did not like to sock of having to pay the hotel room bill at the end, would\like to have paid for the room at the booking time. Also there waS a missunderstanding when myself and other people in the hotel could not get a bus back to our hotel from Alghero, we had to pay a taxi bill back to Capo Caccia and the hotel did not reimpurse. |

The hotel location is excellent, on a cape with surrounded by the sea. Could not asked for a better surroudning. The hotel had a lot of german tourists and many of the brochures and explanation were in german. Nothing in english; we were even greeted with german hello upon arrival and I really thing that the hotel could at least make an effort for the "other" people who come from somewhere else than Germany. Really disappointing on that point ! |

Le cadre est somptueux ... Vue magnifique sur l'anse de Capo Caccia, côté piscine. A l'accueil de l'hotel, le réceptionniste n'avait pas notre nom (problème de réservation avec votre site ???). Donc, on nous a casé dans une petite chambre qui n'avait rien à voir avec les photos du site internet. Mon italien étant assez limité, je n'ai pas réussi à savoir pourquoi. Ensuite, le repas du samedi soir était un buffet: peu de choix et sans saveur pour 25 €/personne: exagéré. |

la situació geografica i el paisatge. hi ha una part de l´hotel que està molt deixada, moltes habitacions estaven precintades per l´administració. La nostra habitació estava situada a la part vella tot i que era molt grossa el llit estava molt malament. L'esmorzar era repetitiu i escàs. |

Het uitzicht en de ligging direct aan het water is fenomenaal ! De minibar en het warme water waren defect. toen wij bij de receptie reclameerden kregen we een andere zee-zichtkamer aangeboden. klacht was duidelijk bekend maar kregen toch die kamer ??? veel kamers verzegeld door politie en afgesloten !! vergane glorie. op terras bureaustoelen zonder tafel, tussen de middag niets te bestellen bij het zwembadterrein. ober ; dit moet u 1 dag vantevoren reserveren . ik : hoe moet ik dat dan weten ?. oplossing : mee-eten van congres buffet voor 25 euro !! pp. uiteindelijk naar strandtent van de buren. |

sehr schöne Lage , leider etwas abseits gelegen , da in Nebensaison keine Ausgehmöglichkeit oder Restaurantbesuche , ausser im Hotel, ohne Wagen sowieso unmöglich . |
