Situated within a residential zone between Viale della Libertà and the entrance to the Parco della Favorita, the hotel is ideally placed to reach the famous beach resort of Mondello.

La camera singola con letto matrimoniale (quindi si presume per due) era piuttosto poccola e soffocante! Non c'era spazio per una scrivania. Le tende sporche. Il bagno piccolissimo. Il bidet era sistemato tra il muro e la doccia. Spazio per lato per mettere le gambe, di circa 8 cm. Quali gambe ci potevano stare? Inutile pertanto l'installazione del bidet. Pavimento, sempre del bagno non confortevole. Muri altrettanto. Porte scorrevoli della doccia: non scorrevoli. Per lo meno l'acqua era calda e abbondante! Asse del gabinetto dondolante. N° stanza 33!
