Very comfortable, super view from balcony/bedrooom,Because it was late in season hotel very quiet which suited us but no lunch facility. Mother and daughter travellers I think a tea tray should be available in a 4/5 star hotel without paying extra. |

beautifull view - close to town centre - lovely room - professional, helpfull and always friendly staff - (big Marco has such a huge ,bright smile that my wife said she wanted to take him home ! ). the breakfast buffet was excellent except for one thing - the cooked items were not kept hot |

Very quiet due to time of year. Very helpful staff. I'm not sure if it's a 5 star. However it's a very good 4 star. The cooked breakfast was not too clever. Could have been hotter. |

The rooms were exceptionally clean and the staff were very freindly. We were told by the reception staff that we would not be able to use the swimming pool as the season finished mid October 2008. I insisted on using the pool and the receptionist relented. However this was using the pool at our own risk as there was no lifeguard. The pool was not cleaned during our stay and therefore had some foliage and 4 dead black tarantula looking spiders on the base. |

the rooms were large and comfortable..the balcony on sea view room had spectacular view onto sea , nice large seating area. We asked for a 6:30 am wakeup call..it happened to be the night when clocks were turned back (and I knew this and specifically asked them to make certain that they took this in account. Nonetheless, we were awakened at 5:30am....When we went down to breakfast that morning, I asked for one hard-boiled egg.. 30 minutes later the egg still had not arrive. Definitely sub-standard for 5 star hotel |

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The view from my room was wonderful and my room was spacious, extremely clean and modern. I would definitely returnt to the this hotel. I am regular traveller to hotel and have stayed in many of the hotels and I could not find any faults with this hotel except a 10 Euro charge for Tea/Coffee making facilites seems petty for a 5 star rated hotel. |

Perfect location The beautiful views were obscured by tinted glass panels everywhere. S sitting on your balcony or on the terrace you were looking at the views through tinted glass. Also a big hedge by the pool, which served no purpose whatsoever, obscured the view of the sea. Real shame as the veiws are stunning. |

i liked the room, location and view of the hotel. The room was very nice,comfortable and clean. the reception i would not rate at 5 star level and also not the service in terms of activities and assistence at the reception. the lady gave us incorrect information about the rental service and after further questions she advised us irritated to use then a different one. |

Room was clean and well appointed I rented a car from the hotel and filled it up before returning it. However, they still charged me 25 Euro for petrol, which I felt was totally unjustified.I Also felt the hotel was a bit 'sterile' |

Beautiful view from the balcony. Excellent bedroom facilities and staff Dining Room staff very good - unfortunately the food was very disappointing - mostly overcooked fish & meats. Lunch service could be better. Hot breakfasts were discontinued on the 1srt October. Other than the pool, there were no facilities and no private lounges. |
