Very friendly Reception staff, nice room with lovely big windows (although as it was in the front of the hotel it was very noisy) and good bathroom.

Clean, quiet, close to center, easy access to public transport, nice area with lots of shops.

Price for breakfast is too high for a family i.e. non business traveler, but enough local shops around the corner to start the day for one third of the price.

Staff at reception not well informed. E.g. could not provide information about airport bus schedule and stops (!). Room located close to elevator noisy.

インターネット使用の環境は良くない。ADSL回線で容量が少なく、メールソフトではタイムオーバーで受信しきれない（WEBメールを使った）。また、初めはつながらず、PCの設定を変えないのに、後からつながるようになった。部屋のケーブルの設定を後から調整したと推測するが、つながらないことに対するスタッフの対応は悪かった。

Aiguablavaへ1泊出かけるプランがあり、あらかじめバスの時間等を調べようとフロントに尋ねると、それはバス・ターミナルで聞けということだった。バルセロナからカタローニャ各地に旅する人は多いと思うので、その程度の観光情報には対応できるようにしてほしい。

Lo centrico que esta de la Ciudad

Si, el desayuno, si pagas 19.-€uros que menos que tenga Cafe,cafe, no agua chirly, y el Zumo que sea natural de Naranja recien exprimida, jaja,etc.
