HEM Hotel Amsterdam is perfectly located in the centre/west part of Amsterdam, only 5 minutes from the RAI Convention Centre, World Fashion Centre and World Trade Centre.

The hotel has been renovated and the lobby, bar, breakfast area and all of the rooms look as new! In the hotel you will find a food corner in the lobby where salads, sandwiches and pizzas are served. In the bar several snacks and a wide variety of beverages are also served.

This 3-star hotel is within 15 minutes drive of Schiphol Airport and Amsterdam city centre. All tourist attractions in and around Amsterdam can easily be reached by public transport or car. The reception will be pleased to help you to plan an excursion and give all the information required to make your stay unforgettable.

Wifi is free of charge only in the lobby.

I requested to check status of my b a Flight ( it was raining on that day and flights were expected delayed ) hotel staff did not help me..Hotel booked shuttel to airport.Upon 20 minutes delay of shuttel, Staff did not show responsibility what should be

The staff were prepared to make an effort to facilitate guest needs

This is the first hotel that I have ever stayed in where it was impossible for anyone to be allowed into their rooms before 2pm

The proximity to the public transportations (5m walk) and a 10 minute ride by tram to the center.

The elevator to 4º floor was broken, but the walk does us good
