With magnificent views over the bay, this family-run hotel is located in a quiet area on a hill just 2.8 km from the historic and cultural centre of Palma.

The hotel is located in a peaceful residential area near the seafront, close to the Porto Pí Shopping Centre, Vía Cintura, the port of Palma and the Paseo Maritimo, famous for its lively nightlife. With the hotel as a comfortable base, you can experience the culture, shopping and exciting nightlife of Mallorca. You can also enjoy the beautiful beaches that surround the hotel (2.5km) including Cala Major, Illetas and Playa de Palma.

The hotel is also near the city's main business centres and is well connected by bus and taxi, with stops directly opposite the hotel.

With clean, comfortable accommodation at great-value rates, the hotel is a good base for enjoying all that Palma de Mallorca has to offer.

The hotel’s superior rooms are situated on the upper floors of the hotel and feature great sea views. Each superior room has a small terrace or balcony, a 20-inch TV with satellite channels and an en suite bathroom with jacuzzi bath.

Standard rooms are situated on the hotel’s lower floors and have a terrace, a normal TV and a normal bath in the en suite bathroom.

Area information

La Bonanova is a quiet and exclusive area in Palma de Mallorca, famous for its views and close to the city’s Porto Pi district and the commercial centre. La Bonanova is a tranquil residential area on a hill, with plenty of on-street parking.

Bar downstairs by pool. Open until late. Amazing views. Very close to port. Great jacuzzi in bathroom.

Very unfriendly staff. Rather dirty place. Throughout my stay, there wasn't a minute with wireless internet connection, although it was stated, that there was such. I had to pay each time I used the internet in the hotel, and out of four computers, two never worked, so everybody had to wait in line. A definitely poor hotel.

views from superior room, location-good breakfast

Reception staff on arrival not professional and had to change rooms to get what we had booked for. We paid supplement for superior room and were offered a standard room-changed when we complained, but superior room had used towles and obviously had been used for quick shower.

Que hay una parada de taxis justo enfrente de la puerta. La amabilidad del personal de limpieza y comedor.

En la habitación no había minibar o nevera y la cortina no cerraba bien, por lo que el sol entraba por las mañanas. Cuarto de baño sin bidé.

Las habitaciones y el hotel en general necesitan un lavado de cara. Te colocan en habitaciones que están al lado de los extractores de la cocina, a pesar de estar el hotel casi vacío ¿será por contratarlo a través de Booking?

Las vistas son increibles. Bien situado.

Sobre todo,tendrian que cambiar las camas, se notan los muelles y no es nada agradable. El desayuno es muy regular.

helt okej familjehotell, ingenting för semester resande under längre tid!

dålig städning och personalen var otrevliga och ville inte hjälpa till med något. Nycklarna fungerade ej och fick bytas flera gånger.
