We had a family room and the bed for our son was a pull out sofa bed which I do not have an issue with but the mattress was paper thin. It was so uncomfortable. |

The area We had an meal but it was very poor service and the steak was over cooked we had to wait for over twenty minutes for our table to be cleared and didnt feel like desert I did complain and was given 20% of the bill but I feel that was an insult |

Room comfort Quality of food and lack of freshness.....I ordered a pizza and it was delivered not compeltely cooked......and it was not fresh! |

The "family" room was just about big enough to swing a cat! Once the sofa bed was made up you had no chance! Don`t even consider room service-where excactly you would of eaten it was a mistery!! Plus don`t bother anyway because we ate in the resturant and when we finally got our meal it was pretty bland to say the least.The children`s meals were scalding from max heat micowave. |

Good Breakfast - friendly staff Did not give us the rooms that we had ordered, paid for one twin and two doubles got three twin rooms, some carpets are stained and the hotel is generally looking "tired" |
