The hotel was really 5 minutes walk from Dublin's city centre, It was clean and comfortable and best of all was excellent value we did stay mid week so it was lovely and quiet but it could be a noisy area on a weekend |

Location and price facilities are fit for price. Staffs are very bad.Especially male staff is worst.He couldn't answer question about his city and also unsociable. |

Great location very close to O'Connell Street,the Spire and shopping areas, friendly and helpful staff, cleanliness and the rooms were very warm Only let down to an otherwise good hotel was the poor breakfast. It is advertised as a full Irish breakfast but it was nothing like...one egg, one slice of bacon, one small cold burger which was supposed to be white pudding but definitely wasn't, two chipolata sausages and beans. The best thing was you could have as much toast and tea as you wanted so we just filled up on that. |

well located for my needs on this visit to Dublin My room was in the lower ground area , quite dingy, outlook was an untidy back yard. |

Breakfast was included in the price. Good supply of hot water Small, cramped room. Smell of stale cigarette smoke, or something like it. Washbasin too small. Television positioned at a great height for comfortable viewing. |

close to luas at busarus The room was very hot and small, you had to leave your key in reception upon leaving the hotel, checkout time is 11am, a little early, staff on reception were blunt, i would not stay here again, pictures on website made the hotel look alot better than it actually is, had 2 walk 7 flights of stairs to get to the bedroom |

Room was small and cramped (41) only a small window. Not even a full double bed because it would not fit in even though we booked a double for two adults. Dirty- floor/ carpet and no vacum or brush available from reception when requested. Nor was the room cleaned on the second day- dirty cups, dresser and floor. Shower was poor with blocked drain, again dirty full of the previous tennants hair. |

Only the breakfast is OK. A hotel with very congested rooms mostly located at basement or back lane area which are not suitable for living and poor reception service as well. |
