fantastic as close to everthing we wanted. Great choice of breakfast foods, cooked breakfasts were excellent in quality and taste. Really comfy beds and plenty of space for all 3 of us in triple room. |

Breakfast. everything else was appaling and should not be recommended on your site. Do you have any information on their latest inspection??? The staff, waiting for over an hour for the iron, the broken drawers/cabinets in the rooms, the window not staying open, the broken shower doors, cracked and dirty tiles in the bathroom, bulbs missing from lamps, internal telephones not working, therefore had to use own mobile to contact other guests within party. rudeness of staff when brought all of this to their attention. |

location It appeared quite run-down. I've stayed here before in 1997 and 1990 and it appears to have deteriorated. The lift was inoperable and I was given a room on the 3rd floor which they did change to the first floor for which I was grateful |

this is a basic hotel its not advertised as 4* so it has a few bad bits but location is great its clean breakfast is good for a short stay cant do better a good base for exploring dublin if you want the best go to the grisham if dont want to pay over then this a good basic hotel weve stayed twice and would book again nothing really we were on 4th floor many stairs to climb but we didnt do it often didnt spend much time in hotel to worry |

The location is excellent. Friendly staff. A good breakfast The room had a damp smell. The lock on the door was faulty. The hotel in general is in bad need of modernisation |

Close to town. Good breakfast. Staff listened and responded to complaint Bathroom in poor state of repair. Initially the room offerred was very poor but room was changed on complaint. All a bit tired looking really. |

The staff were really friendly and the bar area was lovely ! it was in a prime position too ! The rooms were in desperate need of refurb and were so very small ! as this was a birthday present for my partner I found this to be very disappointing ! |
