They didn't clean my room one of the days I was there. Depending on the day, I paid a rate ranging from 120 to 165 EUR. I think the rate should not increase so much from one day to another (roughly 50%) just because of demand. |

Location One thing I don't like is that you can hear different voices from neighbours,the other thing is that we 've stayed there for 3 days,the staff even did not refill the toilet tissue. |

The room we had requested was not avaiilable when we arrived, however the reception clerk upgraded us to another room. Then no bedding was available for the childrens bed and again this same person went out of his way to sort us out. Very helpful person. |

Breakfast was very good with a variety of things:fruit, yogurt, cakes, cheese, ham,.Our room was in the 7th floor and had a very pleasant terrace, we could see every night part of the Tour Eiffel. Although the room wasn't very big it was really comortable as well as the mattress and the pillow.Bathroom had a window so it was very bright, like the room.Not very far from the metro.Well decorated Coffee was not good. There isn't enough places to eat near the hotel, although there are some places where you can buy things. In any case I believe this isn't a big problem |

Very clean, staff approachable Very sadly the fact that there was no kettle in the room. Please be aware it is very difficult to find a hot drink at the end of the day. A very kind cafe owner actually gave us one for free out of pity. |

The area is safe and there are lots of shopping outlets nearby. Well, First the Lift is so small and Literally 1 person can fit in, so imagine if u got 4 luggage you have to take your stuff up by urself 4 times and it's really a pain when the lift is not in use and your are given a room on the 5th floor. Second, the A/C didnt work in any of the rooms we occupied. Third, 2 of the rooms didnt have Hot water in the bathroom for shower. I dont recommend it at all. |
