I was warmly welcomed by the reception named Alex and she was friendly and the hotel was good and location was perfect. There was a gentle mena by trhe name of Fredirick and he was aswell very warm and welcoming.

well there was another reception in the hotel who worked nites and he wasnt that friendly and when i ask him for direction he was not able to help.another thing was the housekeeping dept cleaned the room on daily basis as requested but they dnt fill up the shampoo bottles and soap unless i request for it. as for as i know once the item has been used then it should be refilled so how.
