Designed in original Swiss style and situated in the heart of Zurich it takes you only 6 minutes' walk to get to the main train station and to the main shopping, bank and business districts from the hotel.

The rooms of the Leoneck hotel are bright, well-appointed and comfortable and feature charming mural "trompe-l'oeil" paintings, created by a well-known Zürich artist, which capture traditional Switzerland. Tram line no. 10 directly connects the Leoneck hotel to the airport and to the main train station. Conferences and meetings for up to 20 people can be professionally organised in the 45m² conference room.

Until 1 January 2009 all rooms feature high-speed internet access free of charge.

Second room was good, service by the lady at the reception desk is excellent.

On arrival there was no one at the reception desk. Asked for non-smoking room, but got a smoker's room. Was able to change it to non-smoking. Quality of tv signal poor. TV (fixed) too big for small desk/table, taking 50% of the space. Water temperature of shower pending between too hot and too cold during first morning, OK during second morning.

The room was spacious and wasy to walk to from the train station. Adjoining cafe was tasty and reasonable enough for Zurich. Bathtub was nice.

The price, but if it's too expensive then switerland is not a place to visit.

The staff was very friendly and the room very clean and comfortable. Good tram connection. (Hotel will have wireless internet as of 01.01.09. )

Trams were sometimes noisy.

Nice room, ceiling fan a bonus. Close to main town but in an area where there is some slight incline roads

Friendly staff. Helpful. Good location once you get to know tram details. Overall excellent stay.

Could have helped to have mini- fridge in room. However it has fridge in lobby of hotel with extremely favourable pricing of cold drinks.

Uphill walk from downtown unless you are going to use the tram, no a/c, dated furnature

Excellent facilities, good clean rooms, friendly staff who spoke English (sadly I do not speak german) and a good location for getting into the centre of Zurich and the Bahnhof (tram outside the door - tickets available from reception). Have stayed there at least twice before and can thoroughly recommend this Hotel as a base for exploring not only the city but the surrounding area as well.

The convenience of the location to trams and the central train station

location could have been closer to more restaurants - very limited re walking distance to many restaurants
