Excellent. I was late approx 10min arriving for breakfast but the waitress said it was no problem. Breakfast was a very good selection of fruits, cereals and hot food.

Towel quality could be better - only a minor thing.

Löwen serves breakfast and you can order a pizza, but there is no real restaurant service in the evening. This is not too bad because there are excellent restaurants within walking distance. Another point is the prominent presence of a betting office located in the same building when you arrive via the Schlossgraben. This devaluates the "quality" image of the Löwen hotel.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, das Bett bequem. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist reichlich, auch nach AM 10:00 noch grosse Auswahl. Das Hotel befindet sich in Zentrumsnähe. Gerne empfehlen wir dieses Hotel gerne weiter...

女性２人で重い荷物を引きながら、ホテルまでついたのですが、ホテルスタッフの方がエントランスから全て引き受けて下さいました。オーストリアに滞在するのは初めてだったので、ことばにも不安があったのですが丁寧に対応してくれたので、とても安心しました。

Check in solo fino alle 22.30; colazione non da 4 stelle, con cameriere troppo zelanti che alle 10 sbaraccano il buffet incuranti delle persone ancora sedute a tavola
