Perfect location - right next to the station and two minutes from the Lake

Staff were helpful and polite. Beds comfortable.

Bath sides were much too high for elderly persons trying to get in and out. I could only manage it once during my stay, Tea bags would be preferable to loose tea at breakfast and English Breakfast tea bags would be appreciated in the room.

Clean room, excellent breakfast buffet.

Hotel without any charm or particular character, value for money is questionnable compared to many other hotels in Austria, location convenient but not so great environment. It feels like being in a chain hotel near a highway.
