The hotel was originally a brewery dating back to the 14th century, and is situated located in the centre of St.Wolfgang, on the village square and close to the lake.

Decorated in a typical Austrian style the hotel gives a feeling of relaxation while you explore the wonderful Salzkammergut-area.

The hotel offers you a breakfast (english and continental style) or half board (4 course evening meals buffet style). The hotel includes a restaurant and a bar, and is within reach of many tourist attractions.

Extra beds and baby cots are upon request and need to be confirmed by the hotel.

Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Excursions around the lake: The hotel can provide information for you on some popular day trips around the lake which you can do by boat or public buses.

Schafberg: The old steam railway up to the Schafberg mountain. Just a few minutes walk to the train station

Zwölferhorn: The famous cable car up to the Zwölferhorn mountain by boat

Hallstatt: The oldest salt mine in the world. You can visit there by bus

Skibusses are free to the Dachstein West (50 minutes) and Postalm (35 minutes) Ski resort twice a day.

The St. Wolfgang area is not one of the most famous resorts, but one of the best for beginners and intermediate skiers. The hotel gives a snow guarantee from Christmas till Easter.

The staff were very friendly and knew you on a first name basis. The rooms were cleaned every day with clean towels everyday. Absolutley fab hotel!

The room felt more like 4* than 3*. The view was fantastic from the window. The room was light, airy and clean. It was in a good position in the centre of town yet was quite quiet.

The hotel owners were extremely friendly. The hotel was newly refurbished to a high standard and was very clean and light.

struttura deliziosamente arredata, confortevole, un posto molto caloroso.Camera piccola ma molto carina, ottima la colazione e lo staff sempre disponibile e cortese.La realt ha superato l'aspettativa:avevamo prenotato per 3 notti ma poi siamo rimasti per 6.

la mancanza del bidet è una carenza. L'orario della cena (18-20) poco adatto ad una clientela italiana.

Le lit rond , très agréable. On parle Français à la réception. Petits déjeuners extras et service à nos petits soins.

Petit bémol : pas de carte au restaurant après 20h. seulement un buffet.

Accueil chaleureux. Chambre calme avec vue sur le lac au 4e étage. Une très bonne adresse en plein village où nous retournerions volontiers.
