Cancellation

If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.

If cancelled up to 20 days before date of arrival, 20 percent of all nights will be charged.

If cancelled up to 14 days before date of arrival, 40 percent of all nights will be charged.

If cancelled up to 6 days before date of arrival, 70 percent of all nights will be charged.

If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and extra beds

All children under 6 years stay free of charge when using existing bedding.

All children under 2 years stay free of charge for cots.

All older children or adults are charged EUR 20.00 per night and person for extra beds.

Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 2.

Extra beds and baby cots are upon request and need to be confirmed by the hotel.

Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

The welcome could not be better. The position in Bad Gastein was very convenient for the station and bus services. The staff did everything they could to make sure our stay was excellent and they succeeded..

Extremely good service and very kind manager. We strongly recommend this place if you want to hike in the mountains. The breakfast was good for hiking.

We enjoyed the excellent service, helpfullness of the hostess, and extremely clean facilities of Pension St. Leonhard. The view was also most beautiful.

The variance in breakfast was slightly harmful. In all, breakfast served was very good, but on one day there were vegetables or scrabled eggs, another day there were not (this was not beacuase of weekend). Also, in couple of mornings the breakfast table was short of fruits.

We enjoyed the friendly, helpful manner of the owners with information about areas to visit. The breakfasts were superb. We couldn't speak highly enough of the owners who went out of their way to assist us.

Fantastic hospitality by the owners. Very friendly and welcoming and assisted us superbly in terms of where to eat and what to do. Best bit was the champagne breakfast for my girlfriend's birthday.
